As I prepare, I’ll need to think about the following as my three-pronged approach:
- Cultural Change
- Constituency Buy-in
- The failure of language
I’m not sure how academic this presentation really needs to be, since I’m simply discussing the process for the most part. But I’ll be talking a lot about faculty buy-in, and how you get buy-in from a faculty that begins the process thinking skeptically and then moves on to outright shunning as the language gets increasingly vague and sunny.
